Your mission::
• Operational handling and coordination of purchasing and sales processes
• Ensuring smooth administrative and commercial processes in day-to-day business
• Support in accounting-related areas (invoice verification, document management, preparation for tax advisors)
• Central interface function
• Maintenance, structuring and further development of processes, workflows and templates
• Support for project and sales processes (quotation documents, orders, documentation)
• General office management, including organisation, coordination and internal coordination
• Main challenge:
• Bringing structure and reliability to growing processes and securing daily operations as a key operational function.
Your profile::
• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in an office, project, sales or operations environment
• Very good organisational skills and structured approach to work
• Experience in working with different departments and stakeholders
• Confident handling of commercial processes and figures
• High degree of independence, reliability and pragmatic approach to work
• Very good knowledge of German, good knowledge of English
