What you’ll do

As the Office & Facility Manager, you are the backbone of our day-to-day operations in Paris. Your mission is to ensure a clean, well-stocked, and smoothly running environment where our engineering teams can focus entirely on their work. You are the main point of contact for the building, service providers, and all logistics – from high-level vendor management to hands-on office upkeep.

Required Skills and Experience

• Genuine Handyperson Skills: You are a true "fixer" who is comfortable using power tools and specialized equipment. Whether it's masonry, painting, or basic metalwork, you take pride in the physical quality of the workspace.

• Language: Fluent French is mandatory (for vendor/contractor relations) with Proficient English (for internal team communication).

• Proven ability to manage multiple logistical streams simultaneously.

• Strong interpersonal skills to serve as the first point of contact for employees and external tradespeople.

• High level of autonomy and a detail-oriented approach to office standards.

• Previous experience in a fast-paced environment.

• Technical background.

Responsibilities

Office Maintenance & Space Improvement

• Perform active improvement work including hanging items (utilizing masonry fixings where required), painting walls or furniture, and executing minor repairs.

• Basic welding for metalwork or the creation of custom fixtures to keep the office functional and unique.

• Actively contribute to the office layout and space arrangement to optimize for team growth and collaboration.

• Supervise external cleaning agencies to ensure daily cleanliness; maintain a "pro-desk" policy.

• Responsible for office plants and general environment aesthetics.

Supplies & Procurement

• Purchase and restock office consumables and groceries.

• Help teams order specific equipment and manage the full cycle of purchase requests and deliveries.

• Handle all incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and courier shipments.

People Ops & Vendor Management

• Manage administrative onboarding and offboarding.

• Organize regular team events, offsites, and internal gatherings.

• Serve as the primary contact for facility-related service providers and oversee vendor relations.
