Salary: £35k–£45k per annum (pro rata if part-time)

About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Office & Facilities Manager to join our team at LOVE Business. This is a practical and varied role, you’ll ensure our workplace is safe, well-maintained, and fully compliant, while supporting day-to-day office operations.
You’ll be involved in everything from facilities management and contractor coordination to environmental issues and health & safety compliance.
This is a full-time, on-site role, perfect for someone who enjoys being active, organised, and making a real impact on the smooth running of a busy HQ.

Here’s What You Can Expect to Be Doing
Manage relationships with third-party contractors, overseeing existing contracts for services such as parking, cleaning, and catering.
Act as the point of contact for any issues with HQ buildings.
Supervise and support the internal facilities team, including reception, café and maintenance teammates.
Provide support outside normal working hours for emergency situations as needed.
Maintain health and safety records and ensure compliance across all facilities.
Monitor day-to-day environmental issues and ensure basic facilities such as water, heating, and utilities are well maintained.
Support compliance with food hygiene standards where applicable.
Provide health and safety training for new starters in line with existing processes.
A Few Things About You
Experienced in a similar operational or facilities role.
Highly organised and able to use your initiative.
Strong attention to detail.
Punctual, reliable, and motivated.
Friendly, practical, and willing to get hands-on to keep the workplace running smoothly.
Qualification/ Certifications
NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent practical H&S training for facilities management.
IOSH – Basic H&S qualifications (can increase)
Fire Safety / Fire Risk Assessment awareness
Required (or willing to obtain shortly after joining)
Food Hygiene Level 2
Legionella / water hygiene awareness
Desirable
First Aid at Work
Asbestos Awareness
Facilities or building compliance training
