We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented UAE National Fresh Graduate to join our team as an Office Engineer for the Etihad Rail Project in Dubai. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in one of the UAE’s flagship infrastructure projects.

The Office Engineer will support project documentation, coordination, reporting, and administrative engineering functions to ensure smooth project execution in compliance with project and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation and submission of technical documents, reports, and correspondence.

• Maintain and track project documentation including drawings, method statements, RFIs, and submittals.

• Coordinate with site engineers and planning teams for daily progress updates.

• Support in preparation of progress reports and meeting minutes.

• Monitor document control logs and ensure proper filing and version control.

• Assist in material submittals and follow up with consultants/client for approvals.

• Support cost tracking and quantity take-offs under supervision.

• Coordinate internally between engineering, procurement, and site teams.

• Ensure compliance with project procedures and Etihad Rail documentation standards.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering

• UAE National (Mandatory – Emiratization role).

• Fresh Graduate or up to 1 year of experience.

• Strong academic background preferred.

• Basic knowledge of construction processes and project documentation.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Familiarity with AutoCAD is an advantage.

• Basic understanding of project management principles.
