We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Remote Dispatcher to support scheduling, technician coordination, and customer communication for a growing U.S. home service business.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing inbound customer calls, scheduling service appointments, dispatching technicians efficiently, and maintaining organized job records within the dispatch system.
Your main goal will be to keep technician schedules optimized, ensure customers receive timely updates, and support smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Communication & Call Handling
Answer inbound customer calls professionally
Provide service information and assist customers with scheduling
Communicate clearly with customers regarding appointment updates or delays
2. Appointment Scheduling
Schedule service calls and inspections based on customer needs
Coordinate technician availability and job urgency
Maintain organized daily schedules for field technicians
3. Dispatch Coordination
Dispatch technicians based on location, availability, and priority
Monitor job progress throughout the day
Adjust schedules and routing when changes occur
4. Technician & Customer Communication
Provide technicians with job details and schedule updates
Communicate schedule changes or delays to customers
Support coordination between field technicians and office operations
5. CRM & Dispatch System Management
Manage job flow and technician calendars within dispatch software
Maintain accurate customer and job records
Update job statuses and customer communication notes
Requirements
1. Customer Call Handling Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience handling inbound customer calls in a professional service environment.
2. Scheduling or Dispatch Experience
At least 2 years of experience scheduling service appointments or coordinating technician dispatch operations.
3. Dispatch Software or CRM Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience using dispatch software or CRM systems to manage service appointments, job status updates, and technician schedules.
4. High-Volume Scheduling Experience
Experience coordinating 15 or more service appointments or technician jobs per day within a scheduling or dispatch role.
5. Operational Coordination Experience
At least 2 years of experience communicating with both customers and field staff to coordinate service operations and schedule updates.
