We are seeking a proactive and dependable Office Coordinator to support our daily operations and ensure the smooth running of our office. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, confident, and able to take initiative without needing constant direction.
Responsibilities:
• You will play a key role in managing a wide range of office-related tasks for our Budapest location
• You will oversee our internal communication channels (such as email and Teams) and handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence
• You will be responsible for various registrations and ensure that documents are well organized and up to date
• You will act as the main point of contact for the building management, handle office contracts and agreements, and manage our office access control system
• You will take care of matters related to company cars, telephone, and office supplies, and you will coordinate meetings and internal events
• You will help create a welcoming and comfortable environment for our employees and support the HR team throughout the onboarding process
• You will assist the finance team with administrative tasks
• You will also organize business trips for the management team and provide support with various day-to-day matters as needed
Requirements:
• Proven experience in administrative, receptionist, or office support roles
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) - English knowledge is a must, German is nice to have
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and basic office technology
• Highly proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Reliable, punctual, and capable of handling sensitive information confidentially
