Your Impact

Our People team is seeking an Office Coordinator to help create a welcoming, efficient, and high-performing environment where everyone feels supported to do their best work. This is a fixed term maternity cover opportunity, where you’ll play a central role in the day-to-day running of our Wellington office while also supporting our Palmerston North site to the same high standard.

From onboarding new team members to coordinating workplace operations, vendors, and events, you’ll ensure our spaces are organised, functional, and set up for success. As the face of our workplace, you’ll build strong connections across the business and be a dependable presence that colleagues can count on every day.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role suited to someone who thrives on variety and anticipates needs before they arise. You’ll maintain high standards of safety, presentation, and service, while identifying opportunities to improve how we work. A Day in the Life

Based in our Wellington office, this full-time, on-site role supports the smooth running of both our Wellington and Palmerston North locations. You’ll work standard business hours, Monday to Friday, with occasional travel to Palmerston North to ensure both locations run smoothly. Here’s a snapshot of your day:

• Be the trusted go-to-person for the office, creating a warm and welcoming experience for employees and guests.
• Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring spaces, meeting rooms, and supplies are organised, well-presented, and fully equipped.
• Coordinate travel, accommodation, and logistics to support smooth employee experiences.
• Manage relationships with facilities vendors and service providers to ensure consistent high-quality workplace support.
• Champion workplace health and safety through regular checks, first-day inductions, and resolving risks with key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the People Team to support positive onboarding experiences and deliver events that bring people together.
