We are currently looking for an Office Clerk. This is a regular full-time position located in London, ON.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Processing the receipt of goods in the computer system (Karmak)
• Validating employee hours
• Tracking purchases, billing, customer accounts, and cash balancing
• Paying suppliers and making deposits
• Preparing sales reports as needed
• Performing various clerical tasks (filing, data entry, photocopying, etc.)
To join our team, you need:
• Previous experience in an administrative, accounting, or office support role
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook)
