Are you an organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced office environment and takes pride
in keeping operations running smoothly? Hunter Auto Group is seeking a dependable Office
Clerk to support our accounting and administrative teams.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with numbers, communicating with customers,
and maintaining accurate records. If you are detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to
delivering excellent service, you’ll play an important role in helping our dealership operate
efficiently every day.
As an essential member of our office team, you will help maintain accurate account records,
support collection efforts, and ensure customer account information is handled with
professionalism and care.
Key Responsibilities
Perform account analysis and review outstanding balances to support collection efforts
Update and maintain accurate customer account records and documentation of account activity
Communicate professionally with customers regarding billing questions and past-due balances
Collaborate with sales, finance, and other departments to resolve billing discrepancies
Maintain organized digital and physical records while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
Provide excellent customer service while assisting with general office and administrative tasks
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in an office, accounting support, or collection's role is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with customers and team members
Comfortable working with computers and office software
Strong math and problem-solving skills for account reconciliation and balance reviews
Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced dealership environment
