Hiring Unit:
Integrated Program in Neuroscience
Work Study eligibility is required. Must provide Work study approval letter.
Position Summary:
Under the direction of the immediate supervisor, will provide event planning support for the annual student conference and new student orientation, and prepare welcome emails for newly admitted students. Organizes, updates, and assembles the weekly office newsletter for current students.
Other Qualifying Skills and/or Abilities
Demonstrated strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills, preferably with experience in hospitality or planning events. Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and SharePoint. Experienced with Doodle, Zoom, Teams, and other online collaboration platforms.
Minimum Education and Experience:
High School Diploma 2 Years Related Experience
Hourly Salary:
(AMUSE C) $20.00
Estimated Number of Work Hours per Week:
15 (Part time)
