🎯 We are looking for a new Office Assistant to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to support the daily operations of our office and contribute to our continued success.

✅ Responsibilities:

✔️ Front Desk & Facility Operations: Serve as the first point of contact and "eyes and ears" of the office, collaborating with IT and HR to ensure a welcoming environment and smooth daily operations.

✔️ Inventory & Supply Management: Manage office supplies and groceries, maintain accurate records, and coordinate with couriers to ensure the office is always fully stocked.

✔️ Culture & Employee Perks: Act as the go-to person for team happiness by administering food vouchers, Multisport cards, taxi accounts, keeping track of the team’s birthdays and ordering the gift cards

✔️ Events & Community Logistics: Bring office culture to life by organising internal events, team lunches, and meetings.

✔️ Finance & Remote Support: Process invoices and card reports. Additionally, managing the logistics of shipping equipment and essential documents to remote team members.

✔️ Travel & Relocation: Manage employee relocations and business guest logistics, including booking apartments, hotels, and transportation.

✅ Qualifications:

✔️ Completed education degree.

✔️ Experience in a similar role is not required, but prior experience in office, corporate, or hospitality environments is a plus.

✔️ Fluent in English, with proficiency in both verbal and written communication at a minimum B2 level.

✔️ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and generally tech-savvy.

✔️ Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, strong communication skills.

✔️ Friendly, disciplined, able to work effectively within a team, and able to maintain a positive, professional demeanor at all times.
