• Experience with shipping & receiving preferred
• Comfortable working in a small team environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
• Ability to pass a background check
Responsibilities :
• Answer and route incoming phone calls professionally
• Greet employees, clients, and visitors with excellent customer service
• Manage documents, including scanning, labeling, and filing
• Assist with scheduling and calendar coordination
• Maintain organization of common areas and ensure supplies are stocked
• Support meeting and event setup
• Provide general administrative support across the office
