Location: Remote (Work from Home)
Salary: USD 1,200 - 1500 / month

ROLE OVERVIEW
The Office Assistant supports daily customer communication, appointment coordination, and administrative workflows while assisting leadership and sales teams in keeping operations organized and efficient.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Customer Service & Appointment Coordination (50%)
• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and text
• Provide service, pricing, and appointment information
• Schedule consultations and installation appointments
• Qualify potential clients using provided scripts
• Request customer feedback and reviews after project completion
2. Administrative & Sales Support (50%)
• Support sales staff with scheduling and follow-ups
• Track tasks and appointment completion
• Maintain calendars and customer records
• Assist in internal coordination and administrative tasks
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience in customer service or administrative roles
• Strong phone communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage schedules
• Professional English fluency
• Comfortable working remotely and independently
TECHNICAL & SOFTWARE SKILLS
• Experience with RingCentral or similar tools
• CRM and scheduling platforms
• Spreadsheet and data entry skills
