Position available in the Institute of Parasitology assisting with the BioConnect Biotechnology conference for September 2026.

Hiring Unit:
Institute of Parasitology

Position Summary:

Act as primary contact for organization of conference registration for BioConnect Conference.

Process conference registration through Four Waves and Moneris.

Ensure smooth processing of registrations.

Acts as a liaison between the unit and internal or external parties to provide various assistance or information.

Performs specific expense analysis via bookkeeping and expense claims.

Creates reports and assists with budget preparation.

Other Qualifying Skills and/or Abilities

High School Diploma required. 

Must be a current Biotechnology student.
