Job Description

We're hiring an Office Manager to own our Flatiron office.

This is a full-time, salaried, in-person role. We have high standards for this hire. We want someone who is exceptionally organized, takes real ownership, and has done this before well.

What you'll own

• The day-to-day operations of the office: opening and closing, common areas, kitchen, supplies, and anything else that keeps the space functional and ready

• Vendor relationships: cleaning service, building management, deliveries, and recurring office partners

• Proactive supply management: tracking inventory and reordering before things run out

• Selecting and coordinating with a designer on furniture, workspace layout, and buildout decisions

• The unpredictable stuff: one-off requests, logistics, and whatever comes up in a fast-moving startup

What we're looking for

3-5 years of experience in a role where you were the person keeping things running. Relevant backgrounds include office management, EA or team admin work (ideally at a startup), event production, hospitality or venue operations, or household and estate management.

The bar here is high. We want someone who notices what needs attention before being asked, follows through completely, and communicates clearly when something isn't working. Startup experience is strongly preferred.

• Full-time, salaried, in-person role in our Flatiron office, five days a week

• $70,000-$75,000 depending on experience

• Benefits include health insurance, lunch stipend.
