Our General Administration Team at Danfoss Poland Sp. z o.o. is recruiting for the position of Office Administrator.

We are looking for new colleague to support the reception, realization of administrative tasks, organizing of the company events and active cooperation with local external Soft Service provider.

The job location will be in the new Danfoss production facility in Tuchom, you will work fully on site.

What You’ll Be Doing
Taking active participation in organizing a new office.
Reception duties (answering phone calls, welcoming guests, handling mail).
Handling orders for office supplies, groceries, business cards and other administrative tasks.
Organizing events and meetings.
Daily cooperation and supervision of an external soft service provider.
Supervision of the realization of administrative procedures.
Placing orders in Ariba system.
What We're Looking For

At least secondary education.
Experience in office management.
Minimum 3 years of experience at similar position.
Good written and spoken English - B2 and native Polish.
Capability to use IT tools: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders (internal and external).
Customer-oriented mindset, ability to make independent decisions, and multitasking skills.
Ability to work independently on daily tasks, while also being a team player.
Active driving licence cat B.
