Office Administrator / Customer Service Representative

Work in office administration and customer service for a recognized brand and industry leader offering best-in-class products and service. We are currently seeking a motivated, organized individual to support daily office operations and deliver exceptional customer service.

Primary Responsibilities

Organize, schedule, and dispatch service and delivery calls

Handle incoming customer calls and walk-ins, resolving issues professionally and efficiently

Coordinate with the sales team to schedule in-home appointments and installations, work well with installers and route teams.

Assist with inventory management and control

Prepare reports related to cash flow, billing, sales, and operational performance

Make proactive customer calls for past-due collections and other revenue-generating activities

Participate in formal training designed to support long-term growth and advancement within the company
