Office Administrator

Momentum Services, LLC is a family owned and operated mental and behavioral health facility, looking for an Office Administrator to join our team. The Office Administrator role plays an important part in the successful function of the office.  This position requires exceptional organizational, administrative and interpersonal skills to ensure a smooth work flow, excellent patient experience, and effective communication within the office.  

Responsibilities and Duties:

This individual's duties include, but are not limited to:

Providing high quality customer service by providing a warm, welcoming and comfortable environment both in person and on phone calls

Coordinating schedules for mental health and medical professionals

Review and sort documents into patient records

Coordinate the receiving and release of records is accurate and in compliance with regulations

Provide a welcoming environment to new and current patients

Conduct patient interviews to ensure proper background information is received to process referrals

Maintain necessary databases for proper office function
