• Oversee the implementation, customization, and management of ERP across various business functions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and design ERP modules accordingly.
• Manage the ERP development team to create and integrate custom modules and functionalities to enhance operational efficiency.
• Conduct regular system audits to ensure optimal performance and identify areas for improvement in the ERP setup.
• Provide ongoing support and training to users regarding best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest ERP releases and features, working closely with the development team for smooth upgrades and transitions.
• Monitor and analyze system performance metrics to ensure business processes are optimized.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to ERP functionalities promptly.
• Communicate with vendors and external partners for software integrations and additional system capabilities.
• Prepare and maintain documentation for system processes, configurations, and user manuals.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as an ERP management role.
• Strong knowledge of ERP modules, configurations, and customizations.
• Strong leadership background in managing ERP projects and teams.
• Hands-on knowledge of core modules (Finance, Inventory, Warehouse).
• Bonus if you bring skills in Python, PostgreSQL, and integrations.
• Familiarity with SQL databases, Python, and JavaScript for development and customization.
• Previous experience in managing implementation projects and overseeing cross-functional teams.
• Solid understanding of business processes across various departments (Sales, Finance, Inventory, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
• Knowledge of software development methodologies and project management principles.
• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in Python, PostgreSQL, and integrations will be a PLUS.
• Odoo certifications are a plus.
