Odoo Specialist - Orders & Inventory Management

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Odoo Specialist to oversee and manage orders and inventory movements within our ERP system. This is a critical role where precision, accuracy, and reliability are non-negotiable. Once transactions are processed, they are extremely difficult to edit—making attention to detail and consistency essential for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, track, and reconcile all orders and inventory movements within Odoo ERP.
• Ensure 100% accuracy in transaction processing to maintain clean and reliable records.
• Develop and maintain advanced reports and dashboards in Excel to support business insights and decision-making.
• Identify discrepancies or errors and implement proactive measures to prevent them.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, finance, and logistics teams to ensure seamless ERP workflows.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and optimization of Odoo processes related to orders and inventory.

Requirements:

• Proven experience working with Odoo ERP (orders, inventory, or similar modules).
• Exceptional attention to detail and a track record of reliability in high-accuracy environments.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Advanced Excel proficiency, including building dashboards, pivot tables, and automation tools.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle high-responsibility tasks with accountability.

Nice to Have:

• Experience creating custom reports within Odoo.
• Exposure to data analysis, business intelligence, or ERP optimization.
• Prior experience in inventory-heavy or order-driven businesses.
