We are looking for a driven and go getter OD/HR Business Partner to join our Auckland team in a role that offers real variety and impact. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping leaders grow, building practical leadership capability, strengthening culture and values, and supporting managers through people matters in a calm, fair and sensible way.
You will work closely with managers across the business, coaching them through employee relations matters and delivering leadership training that is practical, engaging and relevant to real day-to-day challenges. You will also help shape a strong culture, reinforce values-led leadership, and support leaders to lift team performance. In addition, you will lead an HR Advisor and our payroll team of 2.

Led or influenced teams before and enjoy developing people, supporting them to grow, and creating an environment where they can do their best work.
Demonstrated experience in supporting managers to grow and know how to deliver leadership training that people find useful and relevant.
Enjoy building strong culture, reinforcing values and helping leaders create clear expectations and accountability within their teams.
Have strong HR experience and feel comfortable working in a complex, fast-moving environment.
Are confident with employee relations and can guide managers through tough situations with good judgement and a steady approach.
Have strong attention to detail and are comfortable reviewing payroll, ideally with a sound understanding of the Holidays Act.
Are practical, approachable and motivated by doing work that genuinely helps both leaders and teams.
