About the role
Weâre looking for a compassionate, detail-oriented, and empathetic individual to join our Sensitive Care team in London. This team plays a vital role in supporting some of our most vulnerable customers, with a core focus on working Insolvencies.
Youâll be supporting some of our most financially vulnerable customers, those navigating formal debt solutions such as Bankruptcy, Debt Management Plans (DMPs), Debt Relief Orders (DROs) and Individual Voluntary Arrangements (IVAs). Each case we handle is unique and weâre looking for someone who is confident in taking initiative and ownership of seeing these debt solutions resolved and implemented.
Youâll be helping customers regain stability and control, offering dignified support at some of the most difficult moments in their financial journeys.
We work closely with the Sensitive Care teams in Brighton and Manchester as well as the social worker team. You will also gain confidence and experience working with external partners too, such as, Insolvency Practitioners, Debt Advice Organisations and Government Departments.
Our team thrives on trust and communication, so the right person will be comfortable working autonomously and thinking creatively to deliver the best possible outcomes for our customers through project work and thinking outside of the box.
If you're motivated by purpose and want to be part of a team that puts people first, weâd love to hear from you.
What youâll do:
⢠Process a variety of formal insolvencies on our operating platform Kraken (Bankruptcies, IVAs, DROs, DMPs)
⢠Liaise with insolvency practitioners, debt advice organisations, and government departments
⢠Monitor and respond to queries from our customer service team internally
⢠Support the broader Sensitive Care Team across cross-functional cases
⢠Open and process incoming post related to insolvency cases
⢠Help maintain accurate records and manage sensitive customer information
What youâll need:
⢠A passion for supporting financially vulnerable people
⢠A desire to give every customer 100%
⢠A keen eye for detail and the willingness to go the extra mile
⢠Helpful and patient (itâs a job with a thousand questions!)
⢠Strong emotional resilience and empathy to support customers through challenging conversations at pace
⢠A self starter that can use their own initiative to problem solve and make sound decisions.
⢠Fluid and comfortable in a fast paced environment where you might be pulled in different directions.
