This role focuses on enabling robust Finance and Order-to-Cash (O2C) data integration, ensuring accurate, reliable, and timely data delivery for reporting, analytics, and operational decision-making. You will work in a cloud-native environment, leveraging OCI services to build ETL/ELT workflows, unify data from ERP and legacy systems, and create high-performance data models aligned with finance business needs. As a key contributor, you will collaborate closely with finance stakeholders, architects, and analysts while ensuring governance, security, and performance best practices across the data ecosystem.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and manage end-to-end data integration pipelines using OCI Data Integration for ingestion, transformation, and delivery of Finance and O2C data.
• Build and orchestrate ETL and ELT workflows leveraging OCI services such as Object Storage, Data Flow (Spark), Data Catalog, Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW), and Data Lakehouse.
• Integrate data from Oracle Cloud ERP, legacy platforms, and third-party systems into unified, analytics-ready data models.
• Implement data transformations, validation checks, reconciliation logic, and quality controls aligned with finance requirements.
• Optimize SQL and PL/SQL queries for performance tuning within ADW and Oracle databases.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance pipeline reliability, scalability, and performance.
• Develop reusable integration templates, mappings, and workflow orchestration scripts.
• Apply security best practices including encryption, masking, and access control within OCI environments.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation covering data flows, configurations, and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure accurate, governed, and timely data delivery.
What Makes You a Great Fit
• 6–8 years of experience in ETL/ELT and data integration development, including at least 3 years of hands-on OCI experience.
• Strong expertise in OCI Data Integration, including pipeline design, mappings, and orchestration.
• Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for complex data transformations and performance optimization.
• Experience with OCI services such as Object Storage, Data Flow (Spark), Data Catalog, and Autonomous Data Warehouse.
• Solid understanding of Finance and Order-to-Cash processes and related data structures.
• Knowledge of data modeling, lineage, governance, and data quality frameworks.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps-based deployment practices.
• Experience integrating Oracle Cloud ERP with OCI data services (preferred).
• Exposure to Python or PySpark for advanced transformations (nice to have).
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and collaborative communication skills.
