Oceanview Outdoor Beach Restroom Cleaner- Part Time Evenings and Weekends

Position Overview:

AB Facility Services is looking for a part-time Cleaner for a client located in Norfolk, VA. This role is responsible for picking up trash and cleaning outdoor restrooms at Ocean View Beach and surrounding areas. Those who are interested must be available to work on the weekends and MUST HAVE OWN RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION.

Essential Functions: Cleaning outdoor beach restrooms.

Cleans and maintains buildings/facilities. 

Notifies managers concerning the need for minor or major repairs.

Establishes and maintains effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc.

Complies with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities.

Cleaner must be flexible and willing to complete all tasks that are assigned.

Responsibilities:

Sweep all hard surface floors.

Clean and sanitize all restrooms and ensure they are stocked.

Spot clean metal doorframes and door tracks.

Damp mop all hard surface floors.

Remove all trash collected.

Clean and deodorize trash containers.

Miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Shift & Pay:

Shift: Varies monthly/Seasonal Position 

Type: Part-time position

Facility opens 7 am to Sun down

Pay: $13.00 per hour

Qualifications:

Must be 18 years of age or older.

Must meet all requirements to work legally in the U.S.

***MUST BE AVAILABLE ON WEEKENDS***

MUST HAVE OWN RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION.
