• Prepare and process ocean shipments
• Route and monitor ocean shipments
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operating system.
• Use workflows on daily basis to manage ocean shipments
• Ensure accurate and timely client and vendor billing.
• Interact with our customers, arranging their international shipments, meeting customer service standards.
• Contribute to maintain strong relationships with vendors (Shipping lines, trucking companies, and others).
• Meet compliance at all times to regulations. This includes internal policies and procedures such as Operational Process Standards (OPS), Audit requirements, external government regulations or customer’s policies / requirements.
• Overseas communications, timely responses to emails and requests (internal and external)
• Escalation of problems to Management when necessary
• Adhere to the company’s 10 cultural attributes: Appearance, Attitude, Confidence, Curiosity, Excellence, Integrity, Pride, Resolute, Sense of Humor, and Visionary.

• Have good results in individually assigned tasks, but also in team work
• To be oriented towards customer satisfaction
• Be flexible and easily adapt to the changing priorities

• Have the ability to work under industry specific pressure
• To respect the agreed deadlines for certain activities
• Carry out high-level professional communication
• Be fluent in both Romanian & English (written and verbal)
• Previous experience in logistics industry is a plus
