Ocean Import Job-Specific Tasks and Duties:

Liaising with shipping lines, freight forwarders, overseas offices, internal and external customers, and suppliers

Monitoring cargo availability and status

Sea Cargo Automation

Organising & lodging underbond movements

Organising local & interstate road movements

Finalising invoices to clients, overseas offices and third parties

Monitoring movement of transhipment cargo

Collection & handover of delivery orders

University graduates are encouraged to apply

6 months experience in Ocean Import

Effective interpersonal skills

Good computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Attention to Detail

Fluent in English
