Occupational Therapist Needed for Full-Time Role

Location: Princeton, NJ
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $90,000 to $110,000 per year
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
We’re seeking an Occupational Therapist for a full-time position focused on helping patients improve functional ability in everyday life. You’ll work with individuals who need support with movement, coordination, self-care, and routine tasks, using treatment plans that are practical, goal-driven, and tailored to each patient’s needs.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate functional limitations and patient goals
• Develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
• Provide therapy sessions that build independence and daily living skills
• Support patients with exercises and activities that improve coordination and function
• Educate family members and caregivers on patient support techniques
• Track progress and revise treatment methods when needed
• Complete all documentation in an accurate and timely manner

Requirements:
• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy
• Active Occupational Therapist license in New Jersey
• NBCOT certification required
• Prior clinical experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
