THE POSITION

Advantage is seeking a highly motivated, experienced Occupational Therapist to provide services for its patients in the East Summit County, Portage County & Northern Stark County areas.  A successful candidate will have at least one consecutive year of current experience working as a Occupational Therapist in the hospital, skilled nursing facility, assisted living, hospice or home health care fields. Home Health experience preferred but not required. We are seeking individuals that are:

Team players willing to help, motivate and teach patients as well as fellow co-workers.

Good communicators with our patients and stakeholders (internal staff, co-treating disciplines, social workers, discharge planners and physicians).

Organized and able to manage a Occupational Therapist case load of 20 to 25 patients in an autonomous work environment.

Ability to supervise COTA's and work with our internal therapy team of PT's, PTA's, OT's, COTA's and ST's
