We’re Seeking an Occupational Therapist | Full-Time

Location: Hillsborough, NJ
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $90,000 to $110,000 per year
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
We’re seeking an Occupational Therapist to join a team focused on practical care and steady patient outcomes. In this role, you will help individuals strengthen the skills needed for everyday living, from self-care tasks to mobility and coordination. The work is hands-on, goal-oriented, and centered on helping patients function more safely and independently.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patient abilities and identify areas that need support or improvement
• Build treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals
• Deliver therapy sessions that improve daily living skills and overall function
• Recommend adaptive methods or equipment when appropriate
• Review patient progress regularly and modify treatment plans as needed
• Keep documentation complete, accurate, and up to date
• Partner with healthcare staff and caregivers to support continuity of care

Requirements:
• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active New Jersey Occupational Therapist license
• Current NBCOT certification
• Previous clinical experience preferred
• Strong communication and documentation skills
