Be part of a nonprofit transforming how we support aging, brain health, and dementia care. Oakwood Creative Care is seeking an Occupational Therapist who is passionate about helping individuals maintain independence, purpose, and quality of life. This role goes beyond traditional therapy—blending clinical care with coaching, education, and real-world strategies that support both individuals and their families.

You’ll work closely with an interdisciplinary team to assess needs, develop care plans, and provide practical tools that enhance daily function and reduce challenges associated with cognitive change.

OT degree and Arizona license
