As a full-time Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA), you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care throughout King County, including Seattle and surrounding communities. In this role, you will partner with patients to restore function, improve mobility, and promote safe independence within the home setting.
Working under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist and in collaboration with physicians, patients, and caregivers, you will help drive meaningful outcomes and enhance each patient’s quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver skilled occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
Implement and follow individualized plans of care
Assist patients in improving functional abilities and activities of daily living
Educate patients and caregivers on home programs, safety, and adaptive techniques
Monitor and document patient progress; communicate changes to the care team
Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and case conferences
Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with agency standards and regulations
Qualifications
Current Washington State COTA license
Minimum of 1 year of home health experience preferred
Strong clinical knowledge and critical thinking skills
Ability to work independently and manage a full-time field schedule
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
