As an Observability Consultant at Inetum, you will play a key role in helping our clients achieve operational excellence and digital resilience through advanced observability practices. You will work with the cutting-edge Dynatrace platform to design, implement, and optimize observability strategies that go beyond traditional monitoring—enabling proactive issue detection, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and objectives, translating these into effective observability solutions.
• Design and implement observability strategies using Dynatrace, with a strong focus on Application Performance Management (APM) and End User Experience.
• Monitor and analyze system performance and end-user experience, identifying areas for improvement.
• Conduct root cause analysis for complex issues and recommend solutions for mitigation and prevention.
• Work in multi-stakeholder environments, ensuring all parties are aligned and informed about progress and outcomes.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement through data-driven insights and best practices.

• Over 3 years of proven experience in observability, specifically with Dynatrace in APM and End User Experience domains.
• Solid understanding of cloud environments.
• Ability to work in complex settings and collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
• Passion for end-user experience, system performance, and data-driven insights.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical data into actionable information for clients.
