The Role

Estamos buscando un/a Obserbability Architect que diseñe la estrategia de Observabilidad. Si tienes una experiencia profunda en Dynatrace, ELK, etc... y una sólida base en monitorización, tecnologías APM y patrones de diseño de observabilidad, esta oportunidad es para ti.

Este rol va más allá de la implementación: se trata de definir la estrategia, liderar decisiones arquitectónicas y promover una cultura de supervisión proactiva en toda la organización.


Responsabilidades clave:

Definir e impulsar la estrategia de observabilidad y la arquitectura a través de aplicaciones, servicios e infraestructura.
Diseñar e implementar soluciones avanzadas utilizando Dynatrace, incluyendo instrumentación personalizada, rastreo de extremo a extremo, Monitorización de Usuario Real (RUM) y monitorización sintética.
Diseñar marcos de cuadros de mando escalables para proporcionar información en tiempo real a los responsables de operaciones, desarrollo y negocio.
Establecer normas de alerta en toda la empresa para respaldar prácticas de respuesta a incidentes inteligentes y que reduzcan el ruido.
Colaborar con los equipos de ingeniería, DevOps, infraestructura y seguridad para integrar la observabilidad en el ciclo de vida de desarrollo de software.
Dirigir el desarrollo de SLA, SLO y SLI, y asegurarse de que se supervisan eficazmente.
Defender las mejores prácticas de observabilidad y fomentar una cultura de ingeniería orientada al rendimiento.
Proporcionar supervisión arquitectónica y orientación técnica para las integraciones de herramientas de observabilidad, incluidos los conductos de datos y las capas de visualización.
Evaluar e introducir nuevas herramientas y marcos de observabilidad para garantizar la mejora continua.

Who You Are

Habilidades y experiencia requeridas:

5+ años de experiencia en funciones de observabilidad, monitorización, APM o SRE, con un enfoque en arquitectura y estrategia.
Amplia experiencia en Dynatrace , incluyendo despliegue de agentes, métricas personalizadas, rastreo distribuido y automatización.
Sólida trayectoria en el diseño de sistemas de cuadros de mando y alertas que escalan a través de equipos y entornos.
Sólida comprensión de las arquitecturas modernas nativas de la nube (microservicios, contenedores, sin servidor).
Experiencia liderando iniciativas interfuncionales y alineando estrategias de observabilidad con objetivos empresariales y técnicos.

- Español e inglés nivel alto.

Habilidades y experiencia preferidas:

Conocimiento de ViewtiNet o plataformas similares de supervisión del rendimiento de la red.
Familiaridad con herramientas de observabilidad adicionales como Grafana, Prometheus, Elastic Stack, Splunk, AppDynamics o New Relic.
Sólidos conocimientos de scripting o programación para la automatización de la observabilidad (por ejemplo, Python, Shell, PowerShell).
