Full-time/Part-time opening in Redwood City, California
Packard Children’s Health Alliance / Stanford Children’s Health is seeking a full-time general OB/GYN to join our growing practice in Redwood City, located in the San Francisco Bay Area. Currently, we have 5 OB/GYN’s, 2 GYN physicians and 3 NP’s in our practice. We deliver at Sequoia Hospital, a Level 2 NICU.
Practice Details:
• Full-scope obstetric/gynecological care.
• Physician-led, collegial environment
• OB/GYN outpatient care, hospital care and collaborative practice
• As a group of board-certified physicians, we believe in delivering personalized quality care.
• We value the bonds formed with our patients and strive to have continued one-on-one care throughout pregnancy.
• Average of 15-20 patients per day
• Average delivery volume: 8-12 deliveries per month
• All OB deliveries performed at Sequoia Hospital with 24-hour dedicated Anesthesiologist to L&D, 24-hour neonatology/pediatric hospitalist
• Call schedule 1:5
• Robust ancillary support staff with 2 RN’s supporting our providers

Requirements:
• BC/BE in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Current license to practice medicine in the state of California
• Residency in OB/GYN
Compensation is based on the level and requirements of the role.
Salary within our ranges may also be determined by candidate’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, location, and abilities, as required by the role, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. Typically, new team members join at the minimum to mid salary range.
2-year base salary guarantee up to $400,000 (for 1.0 FTE), 4 days per week, Incentive package of up to 20,000 per year
