University of Maryland St Joseph Medical Center (UMSJMC), a member of the University of Maryland Medical System is seeking a BE/BC OB/GYN Physician to join our growing practice in Towson, Maryland.

Unit Specifics

• 9 LDR’s
• 2 OR’s
• 5 Triage beds
• 20 beds in Level III NICU
• 30 beds on the floor used for postpartum, antepartum, and GYN patients
• EPIC EMR with Stork

Job Specifics:

• Group comprised of 3 OB-GYN Physicians seeking a 4th
• Hospital performs on average 2,200 deliveries per year
• L & D and continuity of care office coverage
• Inpatient & Outpatient settings
• 80% Clinical & 20% Administrative
• See on average 25 patients per day in office setting• 5-10 new patients per week 

• 2 office days/week• Monday- Thursday, 8:00am-4:30pm, Fridays 8:00am-4:00pm

• Labor & Delivery Schedule• 1 (12-16) hr. L&D shift a week
• 1 (8) hr. L & D shift a week
• 2 (12) hr. weekend shifts/month

• Work collaboratively with Certified Nurse Midwives
• Position also available in Pikesville office

EDUCATION: 4-year OB/GYN residency (Required)

CERTIFICATION/ LICENSURE/ REGISTRATION: Licensed MD in the State of Maryland (Required) ACLS Certification (Preferred)

Compensation:

• Pay Range: $275,000 - $300,000/year
