Your mission:

• Lead the charge in ensuring our renewable energy assets operate reliably and efficiently.
• Manage all Operations & Maintenance activities for solar PV and BESS projects throughout France.
• Guarantee compliance with Service Level Agreement (SLA) commitments, contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and availability guarantees.
• Coordinate all preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities to ensure optimal plant performance.
• Monitor the performance of our plants, identifying opportunities for optimization to enhance efficiency and maximize uptime.
• Lead and support our local field service engineers and subcontractors across France.
• Act as the primary operational point of contact for our valued customers, investors, and all external stakeholders.
Your profile:

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Industrial Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
• Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in O&M management within the dynamic renewable energy sector.
• Demonstrate strong experience with utility-scale solar PV projects, with Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) experience being highly valued.
• Exhibit a good understanding of SCADA systems, monitoring platforms, and grid connection requirements.
• Prove your ability to manage international operations and lead remote teams across the UK.
• Maintain strong knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations and operational compliance standards.
