The Role
Are you looking for a chance to bring immediate impact to solar operations and accelerate digital improvements during a high‑activity period?

We are hiring an O&M Engineer on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract to support our Operations team in Spain, strengthening daily activities and driving enhancements across monitoring and digital workflows during this focused assignment.

In this role, you will manage technical incidents involving monitoring systems, communications infrastructure and field equipment; contribute to SCADA and data‑flow improvements; and support digitalization initiatives such as automated reporting, KPI optimization and performance analysis. You will collaborate with internal teams, IT/Digitalization and external providers on asset onboarding, retrofits and vendor coordination.

We are looking for someone who can quickly integrate, deliver high‑quality work from day one and contribute meaningfully throughout the assignment. If you are motivated by making fast, tangible impact in a dynamic operational environment, we’d be pleased to hear from you.

Desirable skills:
Strong technical fluency in system architecture, data structures and interfaces.
Understanding of O&M standards and procedures in the renewable energy sector.
Knowledge of risk management and H&S, environmental and social impacts in the energy industry.
Experience with monitoring systems and performance analysis (PR, availability, soiling).
Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities for operational and vendor decisions.
English communication skills (spoken and written).
