What You’ll Do
Build relationships with customers visiting our service department
Connect with existing Nissan owners to discuss upgrade opportunities
Identify trade-in and equity opportunities
Set appointments for our sales team
Assist customers with vehicle upgrade consultations
Maintain consistent follow-up using our CRM system
Partner with service advisors to uncover opportunities
Help generate repeat business and customer loyalty
