What You’ll Do
Assist customers through the vehicle buying process
Build relationships and deliver a great customer experience
Learn to demonstrate vehicle features and conduct test drives
Help customers explore pricing, financing, and options
Follow up with leads and previous customers
Work toward monthly sales goals with team support
Keep the showroom and lot organized and customer-ready
What We’re Looking For
Friendly, outgoing personality and strong communication skills
Willingness to learn sales and automotive product knowledge
Motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented
Comfortable talking with customers in person and over the phone
Ability to work evenings and Saturdays (closed Sundays)
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
High school diploma or GED required
