Monday–Thursday: 3:30 PM – 7:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
~22 hours per week

What You’ll Do

Greet every guest with warmth and professionalism—make them feel welcome right away

Answer and direct incoming calls efficiently while providing helpful information

Keep the front desk and waiting area clean, organized, and inviting

Assist with visitor check-in and follow dealership security procedures

Support daily office tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry

Collaborate with sales and office teams to keep communication flowing smoothly

Ensure compliance with all dealership policies and applicable regulations

Jump in and help wherever needed—this role is key to daily operations

What You Bring

Strong communication skills and a positive, professional presence

Confidence using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment

Dependability—you show up on time and ready to go

Attention to detail and a customer-first mindset

High school diploma or GED required (Associate degree a plus)

Previous receptionist or office experience preferred (automotive experience is a bonus!)
