You’ll help keep our service department efficient, clean, and organized—while also being a friendly and helpful face for our guests.

🛠️ What You'll Do: 🚗 Vehicle Support
Clean and prep customer vehicles (interior & exterior)
Top off fluids, fill tires, refuel tanks, and charge batteries
Move vehicles between service bays, parking lots, and showroom
Accurately track and update vehicle records
🧹 Service Area Upkeep
Keep the service drive, stalls, and parking areas clean and organized
Maintain an efficient flow of traffic within the department
Restock cleaning supplies and shop tools as needed
🙋 Customer Interaction
Greet and assist customers with professionalism and a positive attitude
Escort customers to and from their vehicles
Answer basic questions and direct customers to the right department
💪 Team Support
Assist technicians with tasks as needed
Help with setup and takedown of dealership events
Follow directions from Service Advisors and Guest Services team members
✅ Who You Are:
Valid Illinois Driver’s License and a clean driving record (no major violations, DUIs, or excessive tickets)
High school diploma or GED required; vocational training or previous automotive/service experience is a plus
Dependable, hardworking, and proactive—you don’t wait to be told what needs to be done
Friendly communicator with a team-first attitude
Comfortable working in all weather conditions and able to lift up to 50 lbs
