Experienced Service Advisor – O'Brien Honda of Bloomington

🛠️ What You'll Be Doing:

As an experienced Service Advisor, you’ll take ownership of the service lane and play a key role in delivering a seamless, high-quality customer experience:

Greet customers professionally and build immediate trust

Accurately assess customer concerns and perform detailed walk-arounds

Write clear and precise repair orders

Effectively recommend maintenance and repair services

Communicate timelines, updates, and costs with confidence and transparency

Coordinate closely with technicians and parts to ensure efficient workflow

Manage multiple customers and priorities without missing a beat

Deliver completed vehicles with a focus on satisfaction and retention

Consistently meet or exceed performance and sales goals

🤝 What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as a Service Advisor (automotive dealership preferred)

Strong knowledge of automotive services, maintenance, and repair processes

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Ability to upsell services ethically and effectively

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Valid Illinois Driver’s License and clean driving record

High school diploma or GED required
