In this role, you will provide high quality, evidence based care at an advanced nursing level to improve patients’ access to a variety of healthcare solutions.

What you’ll do

As a New Zealand-registered Nurse Practitioner on our telehealth platform, you’ll be supporting patients on their weight management journey. This role is ideal for NPs who are:

Looking for flexible work-from-home options with a patient-centred approach focused on safety and clinical care

Wanting to work with an independent medical advisory team

Keen to use modern digital tools that make your job easier

After strong admin support and a connected, collaborative clinical team

Responsibilities include:

Calling/video conferencing with new and existing patients to provide education, advice and assistance

Managing existing patient’s treatment plans, including assessing their response to current treatment and prescribing appropriate medications and making changes as appropriate and within scope of practice

Triaging presenting symptoms to the relevant medical practitioner/pharmacist

Liaising with managers, medical practitioners, pharmacists, allied health professionals and other employees

Sharing feedback for constant improvement of systems and processes to improve patient experience

Experience you’ll bring

The ideal candidate will have:

Completed Master of Nursing and hold Current registration as a Nurse Practitioner with Nursing Council of New Zealand

Recent experience as a Nurse Practitioner within primary health care
