We are looking for a Nutanix Architect (Senior Nutanix Specialist) to join our Technology Services team. You will drive the design, deployment, and optimization of Nutanix-based infrastructures, playing a key role in modernization, migration, and automation initiatives for our customers.
Objectives
You will lead the design and implementation of Nutanix HCI solutions, support migration from legacy platforms, and ensure that deployments follow our delivery methodology. You will act as a technical reference within the team while contributing to high-quality project documentation and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Design and deploy Nutanix-based hyperconverged infrastructures using AOS, AHV, Prism, Files, Calm, and related tools.
Lead migrations from traditional virtualization platforms to Nutanix.
Automate operational tasks using Calm, Terraform, Ansible, or Nutanix APIs.
Perform upgrades, preventive maintenance, and advanced troubleshooting.
Produce high-quality architecture documentation and lead performance and recovery testing
What we need to see from you:
Essential
Advanced expertise with Nutanix technologies (AOS, AHV, Prism Central/Element, Files, Flow, Calm).
Experience with hypervisors (AHV, VMware ESXi, Hyper-V).
Strong knowledge of virtual networking (VLAN/VXLAN) and storage protocols.
Experience with scripting and automation (PowerShell, Bash, Python, Nutanix API).
Ability to design, document, and deliver complex infrastructure solutions independently.
Excellent communication skills and customer-centric mindset.
Desirable
Experience with public cloud integrations (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Experience with Veeam, HYCU, or other backup solutions.
Nutanix/VMware certifications (NCP, NCM, VCP).
Azure or AWS Fundamentals certification.
