Nursing/Medical Assistant - TMS

At The Remedy Mental Health, we’re looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented Nursing/Medical Assistant - TMS to join our Clinical Staff. This role combines advanced neuroscience with hands-on patient care, offering a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact.

What You’ll Do

As a Nursing/Medical Assistant - TMS, you’ll administer Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) therapy—a non-invasive, FDA-cleared treatment for depression and other mental health conditions. You’ll also support clinical operations as a nurse aide, ensuring seamless care delivery and a positive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain TMS equipment with a focus on safety and precision

Assist providers with Mapping and ReMT sessions

Collaborate with psychiatry staff to ensure accurate treatment planning

Manage patient documentation and clinic inventory

Support administrative and clinical staff as needed

Provide rooming and clinical assistant support during downtime

Uphold company policies and regulatory standards

What You Bring

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to remain calm and professional in emotionally sensitive situations

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with medical terminology

Experience in a clinical or TMS-related role (1+ year preferred)

Associate’s degree or higher preferred
