This is your opportunity to provide comprehensive dermatologic care at a well-established 25-bed critical access hospital, treating a wide range of conditions while collaborating with top-tier medical staff in a patient-centered setting.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Assess, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic skin, hair, and nail conditions
• Perform comprehensive dermatologic exams, order and interpret labs and diagnostics
• Prescribe medications and develop custom treatment plans based on best practices
• Educate patients on preventative skin care and long-term health strategies
• Collaborate closely with dermatologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
• Complete timely and accurate patient documentation (EMR)
• Serve on internal committees and contribute to ongoing clinical quality efforts
• See approximately 25 patients per day in a well-supported outpatient setting
Requirements:
What We’re Looking For
• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
• Current Montana license or ability to obtain one
• Dermatology experience strongly preferred, but will consider motivated providers with strong clinical skills and interest in dermatology
• Exceptional patient communication, teamwork, and documentation skills
• Passion for rural healthcare and delivering high-quality, accessible care

Compensation & Benefits
• $160,000 – $180,000 base salary based on experience
