Nurse Manager, Level IV NICU — Houston
Pay: $40–$58 per hour plus bonus eligible. Sign-on and relocation considered case by case.
Schedule: 7a–7p or 3p–11p or 11p–7a. Weekends rotate. On-call rotates.
Lead one of the region’s busiest Level IV NICUs. Mentor charge RNs, elevate safety and outcomes, and drive performance improvement for neonatal patients and families in a women’s and children’s specialty setting in the Texas Medical Center area.
Responsibilities
• Oversee daily NICU operations and staffing for a high-acuity, family-centered unit
• Coach, round, and grow a high-performing clinical team
• Own quality metrics, regulatory readiness, and budget stewardship
• Advance evidence-based practice and care coordination across Women’s Services
• 2 or more years recent acute NICU leadership experience Manager or Charge
• BSN and active TX or Compact RN
• BLS required
