Role Overview

What You Will Do

• Deliver GMV goal and help fashion category sellers’ growth with Rocket Growth Model

• Formulate and execute regional merchants recruiting strategies for designated fashion categories/sub-categories.

• Build and manage relationships with merchants to drive business growth

• Analyze merchant performance data and develop tailored growth strategies

• Identify and resolve merchants' pain points through high-impact projects

• Build long-term relationships with merchants, ensuring high levels of merchants’ satisfaction

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align business goals
 

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales, business development, category management or account management experience, fashion category experience is preferred

• Demonstrated records in exceeding challenge targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills

• Ability to work in fast-paced environment and deal with ambiguity with growth and positive mindset
