Commonwealth Medical Services is excited to offer an opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in Oregon. We are looking for a passionate and skilled healthcare provider to join our dynamic team, delivering high-quality care to our diverse patient population. In this role, you will have the chance to assess, diagnose, and manage a variety of medical conditions in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including taking medical histories and performing physical examinations.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, providing evidence-based care in a supportive environment.
• Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Perform routine procedures and diagnostic tests as necessary.
• Educate patients on health promotion, disease prevention, and self-management strategies.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with healthcare regulations.
• Participate in continuous education and quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
• Current NP or PA licensure in Oregon.
• Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies.
• Clinical experience in a primary care or specialty setting preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
