In this vital role, you will provide expert technical assistance to Norwegian-speaking customers, helping them troubleshoot and resolve issues with their electronic products.

Responsibilities
• Provide technical support in Norwegian via phone, email, and chat to customers using electronic products
• Diagnose and troubleshoot product issues effectively to ensure customer satisfaction
• Document customer interactions and solutions in a detailed manner in our system
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to escalate complex issues
• Offer guidance on product features and best practices for use
• Stay informed about product updates and technological advancements
• Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and support skills
Requirements:
• Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and verbal
• Experience in technical support or customer service, preferably in the electronics sector
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A customer-centric attitude with a focus on resolving issues
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with customer support software and technology
